We provide customers with one-stop services such as reserved empty containers, trailers, commercial inspection, cargo insurance, and customs declaration & customs clearance in the dock yard. CSC Logistics has opened air and sea freight dedicated lines for China to Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.), Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, and other countries and regions. Its customers include e-commerce sellers, overseas factory relocation/distribution, business or personal travelers, personal express delivery, immigration and relocation, overseas private owners, foreign procurement and importers, second and third tier container carriers, etc.

How CSC Works

Make An Order

After the customer has agreed and accepted our logistics quotation, then send the goods to our warehouse, confirm that all goods was arrived in warehouse, pack them according to the customer's requirements and transportation conditions, and wait for shipment.

  • The customer marks the goods with the unique mark specified by CSC
  • The customer transports the goods to our warehouse
  • Warehouse receives goods and confirms that multiple batches of goods have been fully stored in the warehouse

Shipment & Payment

After the customer confirms that all the goods have been shipped and stored in the warehouse, we will arrange for the transportation of the goods (by air or sea). After the goods are shipped, we will issue a bill to the customer and charge the shipping fee.

  • The warehouse keeper and the customer verify the goods list and invoice
  • Arrange for shipment (by air or sea)
  • The customer pays the shipping fee to CSC after receiving the bill

Tracking & Clearance & Delivery

Customers can track the shipping information (include transfering, customs clearance, delivery etc) of goods via our online tracking system, keep track of the dynamic information of customs clearance and delivery, and notify customers of receipt in real time.

  • CIF/FOB & Airport to Airport, do not include customs clearance and delivery
  • DDU/DDP, Airport to door, international express delivery, include customs clearance & delivery
  • After the delivery completed, the customer checks and signs for it
